AHV Communities is selling the American Dream but rather than owning a home it’s providing renting opportunities in neighborhoods with single-family detached housing amid luxury apartment amenities like the community pool, gym, and dog washing station.
Mark Wolf, co-founder of the build to rent company tells CNBC that the residual cash flow resulting from rent payments is worth more than what the company would realize from one-time sales of the properties. This video report also mentions that many residents of AHV’s Pradera community in San Antonio, Texas are households with six-figure incomes.
