Property managers can now have a bit more control of all the units they oversee.

Curbed reports that smart home companies including Vivint and Entrata are now offering services for entire multifamily complexes. 

Vivint’s Smart Properties, for instance, lets managers take care of service requests, provide keyless entry for staff, and monitor smart thermostats for efficient energy use.
