HousingWire reports that the FNC Residential Price Index, which excludes distressed properties, recorded a growth of 0.6 percent from March to April. Moreover, the index’s year-over-year change has stabilized for a second consecutive month since February, suggesting that the annual rate of home price appreciation has peaked.
