According to CNN Money, 2016 is the year to take the plunge and buy a home. CNN Money gives four reasons why.
“Home prices will finally calm down,” writes Kathryn Vasel. “Buyers who've been stuck behind the wave of rising prices may finally get the chance to jump in.”
Another reason is a rise in housing stock. Citing analysis by Realtor.com Chief Economist Jonathan Smoke, “the slowdown in home prices will prompt more owners to list their homes, giving buyers more choice,” CNN reports.
