Potter’s Lane, a new housing project for military veterans, will renovate modified-steel shipping containers and transform them into housing units that are both completely functional and aesthetically pleasing. Made up of 16 housing units (15 for homeless veterans and one for an on-site manager), the development’s main goal is to address the issues associated with homelessness and mental health by helping veterans achieve stability and self-sufficiency. 

Each unit will be a studio that provides 425 square feet of living space, and the development will provide on-site services such as group and individual counseling, medical care, veterans’ liaison, and employment programs.
