Even after controlling for price, geography, and house characteristics, public listing comments have an impact on a home’s price, as CoreLogic discovered.
CoreLogic Insights named its top 10 blogs of 2016, which also includes a look at market value vs. replacement cost, and an effort to decipher the code of the Millennials.
The most-read blog, by a wide margin, was one that compared the real cost of owning property across markets from all over the country. In addition, the blog audience was looking for vital information on mortgage payments, real estate values, days on market, defaults, and general economics.
