Three new residential projects in the Burnside Bridgehead development plan are coming to East Portland.
CityLab reports that the Yard, Slate, and Fair-Haired Dumbbell buildings were built in response to the city’s housing crunch. Portland is expected to add 725,000 residents over the next two decades.
