Bleutech Park Las Vegas, a $7.5 billion mixed-use project, will incorporate state-of-the-art smart city technologies. The project, which will take six years to build, is designed to incorporate renewable energy, artificial intelligence, augmented reality, Internet of Things, robotics, autonomous transportation, and self-healing concrete structures. The development is expected to create more than 25,000 jobs, giving workers the opportunity to learn the latest in technology and construction techniques.
Bleutech Park Las Vegas will feature workforce housing, office and retail space, luxury residential units, hotel, and entertainment venues. It will showcase energy generation and storage, waste-heat recovery, water purification, on-site waste treatment, and localized air cleaning.
Among the innovations to be used: flooring to capture and reuse the energy of human movement, photovoltaic glass to be standard in all structures, and robotics to provide security through biometrics and other technologies.
