Homebuilder KB Home announced it has acquired land within the Elworthy Ranch property in the town of Danville in California.
Development on the site will begin in the coming months, and KB plans to construct 84 Built to Order single-family homes in the new community of Quail Ridge.
Home designs at Quail Ridge will include up to four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The two-story floor plans range in size from 1,700 to 2,200 square feet. KB's Built to Order model will allow homebuyers to choose a home site and unique floor plan.
All new KB homes in the Bay Area, including the new ones at Quail Ridge, will be Energy Star qualified and GreenPoint Rated.
