Realtor.com analyzed housing markets across the nation and named Denver as the hottest of 20 hot U.S. markets to watch this fall.
Cities that made the list received 1.8 to 3.6 times the number of views per listing as the national average, HousingWire reports. They also saw inventory move 30 to 47 days more quickly than the rest of the country.
Combined, all 20 cities witnessed days on market drop by 19 percent year over year. Here are the top 5 markets on the list:
