The Elite 3500, a gas-powered, sealed hydraulic paint sprayer, is Titan’s first sprayer with PermaStroke Technology. The sprayer works well at all pressures, even when using smaller tips or spraying coatings prone to shearing, the company says. A FlatLine Pulsation Dampener eliminates pressure fluctuations and deadband and delivers a consistent pressure from 300 psi to 3,300 psi. The Sureflo pusher valve primes the sprayer every time it’s started, and a vertical filter keeps residue in the housing. Maintenance is simple: There’s no piston, packings, or clutch to replace, and the inlet and outlet valves are the only two wear parts. The Elite 3500 has a 50-foot-long hose.
