Dallas-based developer of master-planned communities, Hillwood Residential, offers a generous incentive for Realtors cooperating in its area communities such as Heritage in Fort Worth, The Shores in Rockwall, and Liberty in Melissa, Texas. Ingeniously named T.R.I.P. (Travel Realtor Incentive Program), the program awards a seven-day cruise for one person for every two homes sold by a licensed real estate agent in Texas. That provides the extra boost to sell two more homes in order to take along one's sweetheart. Contracts must be closed before Dec. 31 to qualify.
