In the East South Central region, which includes Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Tennessee, D.R. Horton, Clayton Properties, and Embrey Partners occupy the top three spots for new-home closings in 2019, according to data from the 2020 Pro Builder Housing Giants Report.
